Terms and Conditions

To secure your wedding date, a 20%  non refundable booking fee is taken at the time of booking this comes off your total day price

Remaining  Balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding day.

Weekend Weddings or Bank Holidays I require a minimum bridal party size of 4 persons (bride plus 3 / £400)

• TRIALS take place at my home in Benfleet ss74nr
• Trials held Mon-Fri during school hours
• Sat appointments are only offered in winter months where available
• Limited appointments available for half term if you are a teacher please bare this in mind.
• If are unable to make your trial please where possible give me at least 48 hours notice or charges may be applied
• Bridal trial is strongly advised , others are optional

Additional Costs

• I can colour match and  provide hair extensions for an additional costs. 
• If your venue is over two hours drive away, depending on start time , accommodation may need to be provided by yourself for the night before

Cancellations

In the circumstances where a member(s) of your bridal party no longer wish to have this service, you will be liable to pay the full balance of the originally agreed number in your bridal party at the time of booking.

• In the unlikely event you cancel your wedding within four months of it taking place then the full balance will be owed. In the unlikely event that I was unable to make an appointment , an alternative stylist would be sourced for you and any additional charges possibly incurred from the replacement stylist would be covered by I do bridal hair.
• In The unlikely event a red weather warning being  issued to advise against travelling , in exceptional circumstances - I  Do  Bridal hair is at liberty to cancel the booking without any refund being issued. 
• It is advisable to take out wedding insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Information collected from you , will be stored safely and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payments. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed onto a third party. All paper records are destroyed after the wedding date , and removed from my computer after 1 year.

I take photographs of your hair both at the trial and on the wedding date, I sometimes use these to upload to my social media platforms, if you prefer not to have your pictures uploaded then please ensure you instruct me not to do this.
